Hi,
1) If I take the H1b extenstion for three years (based on my pending I-485) and let say after one year, I start using my EAD with a new employer and my previous employer revokes my H1B....Will I be able to get back on H1B if my I-485 petition get denied for any reason. All I am trying to see if anything happens to my I-485 petition, will I be able to go back on H1B from EAD.
If your 485 is denied, you will not be eligible for any more H-1B time until you have spent one full year outside the US. You have already used your full 6 years and are only entitled to extensions now because you have an approved I-140 and a backlogged priority date. If these conditions apply even after a 485 denial, you could regain H-1B status, however it depends on the grounds of the 485 denial.
2) I have been reading in the forums that USCIS is giving hard time for the H1B extensions. Any experiences on this?
I haven't had a problem with H-1B extensions
3) How much is the H1B renewal fees?
It depends on whether it is an extension with the same employer or if it is a new employer. The fees are:
$320 I-129 fee
$500 Anti-Fraud fee for first H-1B for this employer and employee, or first extension
$1500 Training fee for first H-1B for this employer and employee, or $750 if under 25 employees

Hello Mike,
I was about to launch Swift 3D and try what you were having problems with, but I found another solution that might work better. The best thing I would recommend that you try would be to use Flash for all the modification of the keyframes, etc.
I always use a separate Movie instance in Flash to import all my Swift 3D animations. Also, for the sake of file size, I only work on one Swift 3D animation at once. I then import that animation and any other animations to Flash itself. Within Flash, you can customize how many times you wish for the animation to loop, crop out extraneous frames, etc.
Try that method. Use Swift 3D for the initial 3D rendering and animation. Use Flash for the keyframe modifications, etc. Swift 3D has a very clunky keyframe interface, and it is not very user friendly.
I hope that helped. If you have any further questions or comments, please don't hesitate to reply back.

hello, I am in a F1 status for about 3 years, I have been working and filing taxes. I am going to get married to a USC and apply for a green card through it. I want to know if I can have any problem in the aplication since I've been working without authorization.
Once you entered legally you should be able to get permanent residence even if you worked without authorization. Please see this blog post: Law Office of Elaine Martin - immigration news: My spouse is "illegal" - what can we do? (http://martinvisalaw.blogspot.com/2009/03/my-spouse-is-illegal-what-can-we-do.html).
Second in concern to the affidavit support how much should I show and who has to fill these forms since my future wife is unemployed.
Another common querstion so I blogged about this also: Law Office of Elaine Martin - immigration news: affidavit of support (http://martinvisalaw.blogspot.com/search/label/affidavit%20of%20support)
Third in case my wife file for bankruptcy in the future that could affect me and if it does how can avoid this. By the way I live in florida.
This is not an immigration question. You should check with a family or bankruptcy lawyer in Florida.

I know that an H1B may be extended beyond the 6 year limit as long as the there has been at least a Labor Cert pending for the past 365 days. So basically, as long as you have a LC pending, the H1B is increased in yearly increments until the GC is approved or denied.
However:
1) Once I-140 is approved, do they automatically extend the H1B (the next time it is due for an extension) by three years?
yes, if your PD is not current and you request 3 years (on the H1 LCA) when you file the extension. Otherwise its a 1 year extension
2) Once you're in that "extension zone" (i.e. past your 6 year limit because of a pending GC application) of your H1B can you still switch jobs? (obviously your new company would have to file a new Labor cert once again for you)?
The USCIS does allow you to get an H1 transfer to a new employer based on the I-140, or LC from some other employer. So if you request a transfer it will go through provided the conditions fo rextension (old LC or approved I-140) exist on the day they adjudicate your case.
The gray area here is what happens to the H1 if the underlying LC or I-140 is then revoked by the old employer. The current USCIS position is that the H1 remains valid (they have not come back and revoked anybody's H1 extension because the underlying LC is gone). However neither the law nor USCIS regulations are clear in this matter.

H1B Visa Lawyer Blog Has Just Posted the Following:
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) is seeking public comment on a proposed federal rule (http://www.federalregister.gov/OFRUpload/OFRData/2010-13991_PI.pdf) that would adjust most fees by 10% for immigration benefit applications and petitions.
USCIS is a fee-based organization with about 90% of its budget coming from fees paid by applicants and petitioners to obtain immigration benefits. The law requires USCIS to conduct fee reviews every two years to determine whether its costs to administer the nations immigration laws, process application, and provide the infrastructure needed to support those activities. A fee adjustment, as detailed in the proposed rule, is necessary to ensure that the USCIS recovers the cost of their operations while also meeting the application processing goals identified in the 2007 fee rule.
Members of the public are encouraged to submit comments and/or suggestions to USCIS.
Comments may be submitted through regulations.gov (http://www.regulations.gov/search/Regs/home.html#home). The comment period runs for 45 days, beginning June 11, 2010 and ending July 26, 2010.
