yeah the design is good,but mate, in my opinion we should upload orignal illustrations!

yeah u probably didn't coppy it, i'm sure u put some effort on at least coloring it, but still it's absolutely the same pirate!
It's one thing to take an idea and develope it, other is just coppy it!!
I'm posting this because i dont think is very fair for me and the other contestants who put more effort on creating a unique t-shirt.
I'm sure u have a crazy imagination, like most f the designers, and u can come up with something really interestings!

Nothing stops you from having a religious marraige.

I asked this same question to my lawyer in 2006. we got that its valid.

Hi,
Need some help/advice on PERM LC issue:
My employer has filed PERM LC (PD Sep 2008) in EB2 (Job Description: Masters or Bachelors with 5 Yrs experience),
On may'09 got a query saying "Discrepency in Alien education and experience".
Stating: Alien workerer possessed Masters Degree and 16 months of experience where as the minimum job requirements set ETA form (H8 and H10)specified Masters and 5 yrs of experice.
my emplyer appealed saying: " H.4 in ETA does indicate masters deg. is the minimum requirement for the position and there is however no mention made of 5 yrs of exp. this appears in 8.A and 8.C as an alternate education and experience and therefore not related to the minimum requiremnt for the position"
my question: 1) Can this be considered as an error from the procesing center rather than my empr fault.
2) How severe this would be and what ud be the turn-over-time.
3) Do I need to reapply my PERM LC again.

Hi All,
This is forum for LC Sub cases. I'm on last phase of my L1B(5 years would complete on 2009) so my company a large corp evaluted my case as fit for LC Sub and applied I-140 on July 4th and 485 on July 27.
I have no status on my I-140/485 or 131 since got the Receipts. Got EAD.
Even after my FP the case also was not updated.
Question:
If you have filed your I-140 LC Sub are you seeing any progress on your file?
If yes, which date your I-140 was applied?
Was that standaline or Join filing with I-485?
Which Service center is handling your case?

Kudos to Senator Chuck Schumer for raising the profile of a serious issue - discrimination against same-sex partners in US immigration law. One of my friend is in the same situation and he has been told by his lawyer that he can get his part-time concurrent H1 Extn for 3 years based on fulltime concurrent H1 approved I-140.
He is going to apply the same soon.

Dude,
You are already out of status as you are not on L anymore. As of october 01st, your status changed to H-1b and you can only be employed by your H-1b employer.
Talk to a lawyer who knows L stuff (not many do) and straighten things out.

Hi,
My wife has FP appointment scheduled for 12/29/07, She is in india now. I have returned from india today only(12/28) and saw the FP appointment. Can i reschedule FP one day before the appointment date? If i send the reschedule request today will USCIS accept it? since there is only one day left. Please advice me.

On 11/27 last month you said that you had received your FP appointment notice and you want to reschedule it . Did you not do it at that time ? Is this the second time you want to reschedule.
The procedure is the same as explained in your first post and yes you can reschedule it one day before it is due ( but I would strongly advise against it if this is the second time you want to reschedule ).
But I guess since your wife is in India you have no choice. Consult your lawyer also in this case so as to keep him in the loop and get his advise also.

After 12 months of toil I have finally completed the narrative and evidence that I need for an EB-1a (Extraordinary Alien) application. I ab about to complete the I-140 paperwork to go with it.
My questions is this - I have contacted a small number of Immigration attorneys who have quoted me approx $6000 for the whole process. How many of you value think that USCIS would look at my application more favourably if I used a reputed attorney rathen than putting in my own application and paperwork ?
