From the information I can gather, all medical professionals say that the tetanus vaccination is safe. However I am hugely opposed to vaccinations ever since I had a hideous reaction to a flu shot, but I'm opposed to vaccines especially in pregnancy and USCIS will not accept me not having the tetanus vaccine. Our immigration doctor said I have no choice. I also don't like the mercury and formaldehyde that they put in vaccines and the fact they say it "won't hurt" my baby doesn't go well with me at all. It's interesting how the medical community says "sure, have the shot" yet people in other forums that I've seen say "don't do it!!"

Hi,
I applied for EAD Renewal on DEC-18 2009 ( posted to Nebraska Service Center)
It has been a month I havent received any Receipt or RFE and check for fee has not been cashed
My EAD will expire on March-15th-2010
What to do in this sitiuation?
Is there any customere service No to reach ?
Do i need to reapply ? Did anybody encounter similar situation. If so please let me know what you have done

yes u can. however make sure, u r maintaining ur H1 B job. Share investment is considered as a passive investment

Create your rectangle with the rectangle tool. Make sure you rasterize the layer first (right click on the layer with the rectangle and choose rasterize).
Now hold CTRL and click on the layer with the retangle. This will select the rectangle. Now go to Edit/Stroke.
Mess with the settings in there and voila, you have a black border around your square.

Hello Mates & Buddies,
I am currently holding Indian Citizenship and planning to file my H1 on Indian passport.
But at this year end I am also planning to take my Australian Citizenship.
So could anyone please suggest or share his experience whether transferring H1 on totally new citizenship is possible or not ? if yes then what's the way ?
And does anyone has any experience or knowledge of E3 (Australian Work visa to USA).

Are you planning to shift the H1 to a different citizenship for retrogression based issues ?? if so, i dont think there would be any advantage as Green Card Quota's are based on "Country of Birth" and not citizenship..

With EAD, or AP for travel, it is important to apply renewal of documents exactly 120 days prior to current document�s expiration date. If you file the renewal application earlier than 120 days prior to expiration, the USCIS may deny the application. In your case, if AP expires July, then return before the date to avoid issues. Plus, if EAD is current, then there should be no problem with entering U.S again. I am out of work and not risking it with out of country travel. Check with lawyer. That is important. Two years back, I returned with AP and faced questions at the airport. Check with lawyer before leaving. Why we do these hoop is known only to the almighty. Better to love someone here and settle with life. I am exhausted with all such documents. I have delayed marriage for GC.

ANSWER:: No, with Canadian GC you can not enter USA for long term work, without stamping. I think entry for one month is permitted.
QUESTION:: How safe it is Frequent travel to Canada and back
ANSWER:: It is safe to cross US and Canada border, if you have multiple entry visa.
QUESTION:: How safe it is to stay in Canada for duration of 3-6 months and come back to USA
ANSWER:: As long as you are in H1 B there is no restriction. In future if you enter I-485, there are complications, if you continue to travel back and forth at that time too.

I jst got an update on my and my wife I-485; i am not sure what it is about as i have not received the RFE yet.....but i think they are asking for our BC as we did not provide them when we applied for I-485;
I want to know that is it OK if i provide USCIS with the 2 AFFIDEVITS, one for me and one for my wife stating all the information such as Name, Date of Birth, City of Birth, Country of Birth, Mothers Name and Fathers Name.
Gettign the birth certificate is a very long procedure and i dont think i would have them soon. So i was wondering will it be OK if i provide them with the Affidevits. Will USCIS accept it!!!!
Lastly, i would appreciate if some one can give me the template that what text should be included in the affedevit !!!!

My 140 is approved. My H1b is already extended for 3 years.
1) Can my spouses H1b get 7th year extension based on this?
I actually did get a H-1B extension once based on the fact that the spouse (also H-1B) had an approved I-140 priority date that was backlogged. It was an unusual approval, and surprised the other attorneys (including partners) where I was working. It's not guaranteed, but worth a try if there is no other option to work.

if you want to get h4 extension , you will have to file I539 not 524.
BTW, your h4 extension will be denied, if you are not extending your H1
