Lou is talking about H1 badly. Does he know how schools are facing problems without H1. Thousands of schools have no math and science teachers in rural areas. Why cant he make the americans to work in that area. Most of the schools are using teachers over 75 to 80 years old. Most of them didnt know how to use computers. Then how they teach good to students. Principals are struggling to run the schools with out teachers. Parents are disappointed without proper teachers. With this level, how can America make best future.My kids are struggling without proper teachers. When we ask the schools, they are saying they couldnt get proper teachers. If Lou's grand kids face this trouble, then he wont talk. With this situation, how schools can make AYP(adequate Yearly Progress) according to No Child Left Behind Law. There are questions commonly on the minds of many Murthy Law Firm clients, as well as the greater immigrant community, that involve the effect of reentry into the U.S. on those who hold H1B or L-1 status as well as having approved Advance Parole (AP) based upon pending applications to adjust status (I-485). The law pertaining to this situation is not clear and the result is confusion. Thus, many with both H1B (or L-1) status and AP find themselves faced with the difficult decision of how to reenter the U.S. after travel abroad. One must decide between reentering in H1B (or L-1) status, which requires that the passport have a valid H1B (or L-1) visa stamp or utilizing the AP document. AP does not require an approved visa at the U.S. consulate. Such individuals are concerned about the manner they choose for reentering, as this may affect their respective status in the U.S. Answers to many of these questions are in our MurthyBulletin article, Adjustment of Status and Travel : Your Questions Answered! Why should China/Taiwan/Arab get out of Gold? There are no strong indicators for doing that for now.
Eventually they will get out when they find there is no purchasing power on other side of globe. learn How gold crashed from $840 -$170 between 1981- 1990 and why gold price was stable between 1991-2001.
Gold price would not shoot up when most of the developed countries banks are in trouble like 1989-1992

Students can't borrow money now on easy terms to dund their education. THere is virtually no appetite for more debt to fire the economic engine at all.

Superfund is a hedge fund which has two funds of managed futures. Its enrty was $5K last time I checked. But again in a hedge fund you typically pay 2 & 20. That means 2% maintenance and 20% off the profits and there is huge down side risk where your entire investment can be wiped out. Tread carefully!!

I have looked hard to find ETF's or MF's fwhich are pure commodity holders e.g gold, silver etc.I still have not found good ones. The closest I could get was some portfolio of mix of real assets and futures. Most of the ETFs are again leveraged and kind of trap for average investors.
There are a few hedge funds or big funds which might offer pure plays but those tend to have huge entry investment requirement basically making them inaccessible to individual small investors.

The intention is to bring this bill to the floor this year and make sure it is passed.
I think people with PD 2001, 2002 and 2003 should definitely write as they have a better case than the 2006 or 2007 filers.

This is good news..But the Damage is already been done..in the past.....
I guess DOL had some 300K cases pending when Backlog center started..It adjudicated some 150K till now.( Rough Estimate) and still 150 K left.
Even if considering 10000 Labors been substituted till now ...Imagine the wait period for rest of us. I wish this law was enacted, when they started Backlog centers..
Anyway..something is better than nothing....Hope for the Best...for new laws regarding SKIL,CIR Etc..atleast filing 485 when Visa numbers are not available..
