ramus, really appreciate your dedication in taking ownership of geeting people to send webfax. For the record sent the webfax, got my wife to send the web fax as well. Since people are so lazy if you ask somebody to send webfax, also include the url alteast that way they might click on the url and send the web fax. the url for the web fax is

I believe one can send all applications in one packet, but be sure to include separate copies of supporting documents for each application with each sub-packet (per app). If paying by check, send separate checks (although I seem to recall you saying you'd paid by credit card).

Your EAD / AP renewal is on the basis of your pending I485 application, it has nothing to do with the validity of your I485 or AC21 application. AC21 is a privelege you can use to get away from retrogression for a bit, but does not gaurentee you a Green Card.

How about this scenario..
I invoked AC21 and changed job using my EAD. Now my new employer applied for my EAD and AP renewal. I got the approval for the renewal today....does that mean USCIS is ok with my application (AC21) or they will verify it at the time of 485 adjudication?

Accuracy of is really really bogus.
Firstly, the stats are gathered from a sample of data that's too small. Its like saying that "I talked to 3 people in Iowa and all 3 of them wanted to support John Edwards in Iowa caucuses, therefore in Iowa, John Edwards will get 100% of the vote, Barack Obama will get 0% and Hillary Clinton will get 0%".
Also, a system that relies on information provided by users without any cross-checks with USCIS database is really prone to errors and pranks.
data and USCIS soft LUDs are the most unreliable distractions in otherwise peaceful life of post AC21 phase. Why cant we just enjoy the job mobility of AC21 peacefully?

yes Minor children are not eligible for OCI if both parents are having indian passport.they have to wait untill they are 18. it is clearly mentioned in the consulate websites.

One is supposed to have good (English) listening and comprehension skills to do the job effectively. Need to read the tapes and prepare the transcripts.
Since you have BS in Computers, taking up an IT job should not be that difficult.

You are right. These certifications may add some value when applying for H1B Visa but not for GC Processing with USCIS. You can just ignore those certifications....
I would like to clarify one thing....
Are these Certifications from Sun Microsystems, Oracle and IBM consider as supporting documents for 4 year degree or equivalent to any educational qualifications or experience?
I mean, people are doing these certifications even with out a job or while on bench....
I do not want to degrade or project these certifications in low profile or so, I do know the value of these certifications while searching for a job, but could not understand how they will help you in education or experience with USCIS.
