Are you unsure how to call the states, or are you unsure how to detect the direction of mouse movement?

I know how to call the states but not sure about the detection of mouse. I want to call each states on each direction.

If Birth Certificate issue by Indian consulate then it should be ok, as it is from consulate
No, the birth certificate (issued by Indian Consulate) is not acceptable as this is based on the entry made in passport, not on the basis of registered date of birth.
You need birth certificate issued by municipality of the district. If it is not in English, then it has to be translated in English and notorized for true translation.

After a long period, this piece of news is most welcome. This is precisely what we need - people that really matter are going to take up this issue. Hopefully, they reach some logical conclusion on legal immigrant petitions. All we can do from outside is to influence their discussions/debates by making our views heard.

I am planning to move to different residence. My 485 application is currently pending.
Has anyone successfully filed change of address form? and have their EAD or other documents deliever to their new address correctly. Reason I am asking my friend changed his residence while his 485 pending and all his document would still come to my address (his old address). He made numerous request to USCIS and files for AR11 etc. His all documents EAD.. even Green card also came back to my address(His old adress). At least he was lucky that I was still staying over there.
Any thoughts much appreciated.
You can do it online by going to https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa, from where you can select Change your address online at the bottom of the screen.
I did it and am getting all correspondences from the time I changed to my new address.

I think this would be an easy and effective ammendment request. The USCIS considers BS + 5years equivalent to Masters(advanced degree).
As per Spectors/Frists bills, the Advanced Degree holders with 3 years exp in related field will have no numerical limts. First of all, can we interpret advanced degree as (BS + 5 years) ?
If not, is it possible to request these senotors to add that? It would be easy to add compared to requesting them of removing the country quota.
I belive most of the EB3 candidates have 5 years of experience. tHE REST OF THEM MAY BE ATLEAST 3 + YEARS EXPERIENCE WHICH THEY MAY THEN NEED TO WAIT ONLY 2 OR 3 YEARS TO REACH THAT 5 YR MARK).
The advanced degree is already interpreted by DOL as BS + 5 years.
Its interpreted by USCIS as BS + 2 years.
